Happy Sunday

Happy Sunday! Today was a very special day for our family.  Our baby boy, Zachary was baptized this morning.  I did remember to bring our camera, but a friend took photos for us and as soon as I get them, I'll be sure to share them here.  I did get some pictures of him in his baptismal outfit once we came home.  I'm trying my hand at photography. These photos are very amateur, but I'm going to enter one into a photo challenge at www.iheartfaces.com.  The theme is 'white'.  The main color should be white and include the face of a person.  Here's my entry:

Today was a wonderful reminder of how GOD has blessed our family.  I read this saying somewhere recently and with all our family has been going through, it's become a mantra for me, "We may not have what we want, but GOD gives what we need".  Hope your sunday was just as beautiful.  ~Serra
